    We are looking for 2 or 3 junior staff (entry level) to take care risk & compliance areas of our Credit Cards Division.

    Candidate must be:

    1. Accounting graduate (preferably from Gadjah Mada University)
    2. Cumulative GPA above 3, out of 4 scale
    3. She/he must have above average English proficiency
    4. Strong leadership
    5. Inter-personal and communication skills
    6. Passion to numbers
    7. Details and risk & control are desirable
    8. Ability to work independently/within a team and operate basic MS Office are a must

    Candidates will be interviewed in Jakarta (candidate must be responsible for any expenses incurred for the interviews. Our employment arrangement is hiring the successful candidates under contractual scheme for 1 year, with extension of contract or promotion to Bank’s permanent employee depends upon her/his performance and benchmark towards the same level of staff at other departments.

    Offered salary is ranging of Rp 2 – 3 million/month – gross, which will be determined based on candidate’s qualifications. Bank provides health insurance under ASKES, THR bonus and 12-day annual leave. Training (on top of induction program) will be provided to improve staff skills, both for technical and soft skill. Successful candidates are expected to join us in early June.
